How long we keep information

We only keep personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including to provide our services, respond to enquiries and meet our legal, accounting and insurance obligations.

Enquiries and quotations that do not result in a booking are generally retained for up to 2 years.

Customer booking, invoice, payment and transaction records may be retained for up to 6 years after the end of the relevant financial year where required for tax, accounting or legal purposes.

Customer correspondence relating to completed services may be retained for up to 6 years where reasonably necessary for handling queries, disputes, insurance matters or legal claims.

Marketing information is retained until you unsubscribe, withdraw your consent or we determine that the information is no longer required.

Photographs and videos used for marketing purposes may be retained until they are no longer required or until consent is withdrawn where consent is the applicable lawful basis.
