Collection + storage + redelivery
The customer was relocating from Preston to Southampton and needed their one-bedroom contents stored between properties. Delivery was originally expected in July, but difficulties securing their new accommodation meant the date had to be postponed several times.
We collected the customer’s belongings from Preston in May and stored them securely while their housing arrangements were finalised. We kept the delivery date flexible and eventually redelivered everything to their new Southampton address in August.

Pricing depends on how much space you need and for how long. Collection, storage and redelivery are quoted together so there are no surprises.
Customers do not have direct access to the storage facility. However, our storage services include partial redelivery where available, so contact us if you need particular belongings returned.
Just one month. After that you’re billed weekly/monthly, and you only pay for the time you actually use.
The storage cover applicable to your booking, including any limits and exclusions, will be explained before you confirm. Please tell us about any particularly valuable items so we can check whether additional cover is required.
The usual sensible exclusions: perishables, plants, hazardous materials, and anything alive or illegal. If you’re unsure about an item, ask — we’ll tell you straight.
Our storage services include collection by our own crew, with packing help available if required. We come to you, so there’s no need to hire a van or transport your belongings yourself.
